Refund policy

Please be advised that due to the unique, handcrafted nature of our paintings and the high costs associated with international logistics, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for "change of mind". We encourage all collectors to review photos, dimensions, and descriptions carefully before completing a purchase.

If your artwork arrives damaged during transit, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery to initiate a claim. Reports made after this 7-day period will not be eligible for a refund or resolution. To process your request, please email lafuso@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographic evidence of both the damaged artwork and the original packaging (interior and exterior).
